A $690,000 project transforming a 2,800 sq ft vanilla shell into a bustling 90-seat restaurant.
The comprehensive build-out included a full kitchen, a dedicated bakery exhaust system, a grease exhaust system, a full dish pit, and a walk-in cooler and freezer. Additionally, a 700 sq ft outdoor patio was constructed to provide an inviting al fresco dining option.
