Mariachis Mexican Restaurant and Bar-Green Cove Springs, FL

This project  included converting 4 tenant spaces into one 3500 sf restaurant. 

The scope of work entailed included adding a 1000 gallon traffic rated grease trap, trench work for all new kitchen equipment. New 25′ 15 seat Bar with LED Soffit and pendant lighting. 

A full 20′ exhaust system to make way for  all new gas service , fire suppression and full line of cooking equipment. New Storage area was added that leads to an all new outdoor walk in cooler with slab. Upgrades to the Fire Sprinkler system and 3 all new electrical panels with wiring.
